2.Low fuel consumption:Brand-new combustion principle is adopted,not only to increase the engine efficiency,but also to drop the fuel consumption.Bos-ch G-II common-rail fuel injection  system(ECD17)is adopted,bettering the vehicle performance,Besides,there is an economic RPM and low fuel-consumption zone,namely 1200-1800RPM. Stirring   drum
1.The stirring drum is featured with large capacity and could be loaded with the rated volume of concrete,free of any overflowing or leaking under normal operation modes(slopes14%):
2.The stirring drum is made of high-strength wear-resistant steel plates BW300TP,ensuring its service life not less than 10 years,Through the robot welding the drum quality is more reliable
3.The residual rate of discharging is <0.5%,far lower than the 1%(national standard).Besides,the concrete has good homogeneity with charging speed >5m'/min and discharging speed >2.6m³/min.
Blade  and Frame
1.The blade is made of high-strength wear-resistant steel plates that are equipped with logarithmic helix of variable pitch and concave hyperboloid stiming blades. 2.Frame through the finite element analysis,the frame is connected flexibly,reducing the impact,The split foreground could eliminate the stress concen   ation and thus enhance the overall rigidity.Frame is made of 16Mn steel increasing its strength
